You’ll be the one to advertise your property online or get referrals to search for prospect tenants. You’ll also be the one to handle the inquiries and do the background check.

PM firms use different online platforms and brokers network to advertise your property and to get prospect tenants. And unlike self management, PM firms handle all inquiries, negotiation, background checking and contract signing.



Billing & collection


 You’ll be the one who will remind the tenants about the dues and what to do if they don’t pay

 They are the one that will ask for the tenant about the dues and collect it. 




Contract & Legal Matters

You’ll be the one making the contract. Also you’ll be handling the problem when they breach the contract

Eviction or Contract Termination


One of the hardest parts of being a landlord is executing eviction to the tenant. From termination of the rental agreement, asking the tenant to move out and legal actions if they decline to leave.
 

PM Firms process the eviction or contract termination and execute legal actions if they failed to pay the rent and/or committed any breach of contract
